Anual Return Filing
Company Act 2003, Section 217(1) "Subject to Sub-Section 3, every company shall atleast once in every year deliver to the Register an Annual Return.
Failure to comply with section 217, every director of the company shall be guilty of an offence and liable to the penalty set out in Section 493(2).
