Our employees have extensive knowledge and experience in labour and immigration laws of the country, having been former employees of Labour and Immigration Departments in Botswana.
In addition, the Directors of the company are both licentiate members of the Botswana Institute of Accountancy (BIA).

We provide a full range of immigration services which include:- Permanent Residence ,Work and Visitors visas/permits (excluding application for refugee status) for Botswana. Our services are not only limited to individual clients but corporate clients as well on behalf of their potential employees recruited from outside the country.
Because we only deal with Botswana immigration matters, this allows us to specialize in this complicated domain where legislation and processes are dynamic and constantly changing.
Service Overview
To ease your application process, we design a comprehensive package containing forms and instructions specifically for your requirements. The idea is to provide a simple step by step guide that allows you to gather and complete the required documentation at ease.
Once the documentation is completed we ensure all required attachments are endorsed and present it to Labour and Immigration Department in Botswana on your behalf. You do not have to deal directly with the authorities at all as we act as your agent regarding all immigration matters.
We follow the application through to its conclusion and cover any matters or queries that may arise between lodgment and approval. Any query that requires the application to be escalated to a higher authority is done by us as part of our service - at no extra cost.
Our application documentation is thorough and precise and as a result reduces the processing time.
We have strong partnerships with employment recruitment agencies; Banks, Estate agents, shipping companies, funds transfer people, etc. These institutions do not pay us a "finder’s fee" and we are optimistic that their service matches to what we promise to deliver to all our clients.
Fee Structure
Once we have assessed your particular circumstances we will provide you with a written, no obligation quote for our services including government fees and any unforeseen disbursements (e.g. courier fees, translation costs, medicals, etc).
This is a once-off fee which should give you the assurance that our services are free of any hidden costs.
Application
- Work Permit: Attainable so that a person can work in Botswana. It is required for most business transactions, including loan finance, purchase of assets, disposal of assets and other business activities.
- Resident Permit: Attainable so that a person can reside in Botswana. Also required for entry and exit into and out of Botswana. Dependants of the investor would then attain resident status through residence permit of the permit holder and not required to apply for work permit. For example: Spouses, Children, Parents and other dependants.
