to be able to participate in tendering for Botswana
State funded projects one is required to be upto date
with Tax, and should provide proof in form of Tax
Certificate. Tim Kathurima Consulting Pty Ltd will assist your organisation
through the required procedures to acquire such.
VAT Audit
We have Chartered Accountants who are in a position
to conduct Audit of your VAT Returns and other taxation
issues in compliance with the Tax Act. |

use for commercial properties. Our architectural
technician service, building project management
and building services include converting lofts and
garages into home offices or bedrooms, or simply
updating your home with contemporary new features
such as conservatories, wet rooms or garden annexes.
We provide planning, building and project management
services to customers wishing to increase the value
of their property, either for immediate sale or
as a future investment. We also draw architectural
building plans to obtain outline or full planning
permission for new dwellings, listed building renovations,

TIM KATHURIMA PTY LTD provides
professionally drawn architectural plans for home
owners, local councils, builders and building projects
in Botswana. We conduct detailed measured surveys
of your property and our architectural technician
produces A1 plans drawn to scale. These plans are
suitable for obtaining planning permission from
your local authority or council, meeting building
regulation requirements and obtaining a quantity
survey to estimate costs of work without the need
for employing the expense of an architect.
WE ADVISE CUSTOMERS on the likelihood
of a planning application being approved, and will
recommend alternatives if planning permission has
already been refused. We can provide architectural
plans and also work with your own architect's existing
plans. Our Team has considerable experience of renovating
Listed Buildings and we are able to provide you
with information regarding your local authority's
design requirements, parking guidelines, environmental
issues and flood risk, etc.
ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND
PLANNING APPLICATIONS We have built good
relationships with local architects, structural
engineers, council planning departments and Building
Control. We also have an in depth knowledge of current
planning and building regulations.
We can also provide a Mediation Service for customers
who are experiencing difficulties with contractors;
builders, electricians, plumbers, trades people
and suppliers. Mediation is a cost effective way
of achieving a satisfactory result for both parties
and can alleviate the distress and sometimes expensive
legal costs caused by conflict.
